Norway will establish a counterterrorism unit after the small Nordic nation lost more than 80 lives to acts of terror on home soil and abroad in about an 18-month span. The new unit will be led by the nation's Police Security Service with assistance from Norway's military intelligence service. The plan is to have the effort up and running by the end of 2013, Norway's Minister of Justice and Public Security Grete Faremo said Monday. The nation of about 5 million people was rocked on July 22, 2011, when Norwegian Anders Behring Breivik killed 77 of his countrymen, many of them are students.
