"Create the Future" Design Contest

The July 1 entry deadline is fast approaching for the "Create the Future" Design Contest. Don't wait — enter your best new product ideas now for a chance to win $20,000, a workstation computer, and other great prizes. Sponsored by COMSOL, SAE International, and Tech Briefs Media, the contest is open to engineers, entrepreneurs and students worldwide. There is no cost to enter. Individuals and teams are invited to submit entries in eight categories:

Machinery & Equipment
Safety & Security
Sustainable Technologies
Transportation & Automotive

One grand prize winner will receive $20,000 from COMSOL and SAE International. The top entry in each category will win a workstation computer from Hewlett Packard. The Best Student Entry will get engineering software from Maplesoft. Prizes also will be awarded for the ten most popular entries as voted on by site registrants.
