But only time will tell if the prediction is true. However, Russia only becomes a regional player by playing the heavy and using its oil/gas as a bludgeon against its neighbors. Also, take away natural resources and Russia is barren. Most people outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg have little money or future. So I would suggest Europe becomes the financial center of that area with Russia playing an insignificant role.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
